Focus Polysurf LRP

By packaging several high-performance components together at optimized ratios, lubricant manufacturers can reduce inventory complexity and increase formulating flexibility. Polysurf LRP is a complex mixture of high-performance lubricity and corrosion inhibitors that can be used to formulate water-based synthetic machining and grinding fluids. This product utilizes chemistry that is both extremely low foaming and very hard water stable. Polysurf LRP does not contain any chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus chemistry. It is free of secondary amines and is naturally bioresistant.
 
Using Polysurf LRP, a transparent true solution with good tramp oil rejection properties can be formulated. It is recommended that this product be cutback with water at a ratio of 50/50. Additional ingredients such as extreme pressure additives (e.g., Focus Ester PE 2050), supplemental lubricity components, bactericide/fungicides, or dyes can be added as desired.
