Chris Ollinger

Technology Manager

Chris Ollinger is the Technology Manager for Focus Chemical. He joined Focus Chemical in 2010 and has been in the industrial lubricant and metalworking industry for over 20 years. Chris began his career with The Lubrizol Corporation, where he held various positions within its R&D, technical service, and application science departments. He holds a B.S. degree in chemistry from Wofford College and a M.S. degree in organic chemistry from North Carolina State University. Chris resides with his wife and two children in Spartanburg, SC. He enjoys spending time with his family, and his interests include sports, traveling, reading, and cooking.

Alex North joined Focus Chemical as an R&D Chemist in October 2022. Alex graduated from Clemson University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in biological science and a minor in microbiology. During his time at Clemson, he gained research experience working on a team in the Department of Chemistry in the Creative Inquiry program. Alex resides in South Carolina with his wife, Madison, and their two dogs, Miller and Gibbs. He enjoys traveling, playing with his dogs, and spending time outdoors in his free time.
