Focus Disperse P-1000-70P is produced via the thermal process, has no residual chlorine and is soluble in both paraffinic and naphthenic oils. It is un-neutralized.

P-1000-70P is diluted in paraffinic oil and can be reacted with a high molecular weight amine for use as a dispersant in lubricating oils. It is domestically manufactured in the United States.
